What’s more, you can choose to provide your own catering or make use of our on-site catering service.

Rates*
VENUE RENTAL FEE
R2 000 per night with a R2 000 breakage deposit.
This amount is to be pre-paid in full at least four days before arrival.

Over and above the deposit, there is also a price per head per night.

ELECTRICITY
Both campsites are equipped with full generator backup to ensure that your event takes place without any electricity interruptions.
TUCK SHOP
Our on-site tuck shop can be opened for groups by prior arrangement and in cases where group sizes justify it.
CATERING
On-site catering is available at an extra charge. Please see email info@soswild.co.za for more information.
SUPPLIES
Should you wish for us to assist you in purchasing foodstuffs, toilet paper or any other supplies from our suppliers and have it delivered to the campsite, we will gladly assist you, charging you a small handling fee for the benefit of not having to transport everything to SOS. Please contact us with a list of items you wish to obtain and we will gladly assist you.
BUS TRANSPORT
Bus transport from Cape Town may be booked directly with Eljosa Bus Company at 021 982 5249 (Use SOS as reference to obtain a special rate.)
SECURITY
24hr security is included in the tariff. Additional security can be requested at R450 per shift per site.
FIREWOOD
R35 for 50 pieces.
*A full deposit per site needs to be paid to confirm your booking and will be used as a breakage deposit. The deposit will be refunded 3 working days after the camp. If the camp is cancelled, or dates changed, the full deposit becomes forfeit.
The cost of any equipment belonging to SOS that is taken by mistake by the group and not returned within 7 days, will be deducted from the deposit.
Cash Deposits: A surcharge of R1,50 per R100 and the basic fee of R8,00 will be levied to your account. Alternatively arrange for cash payment at the camp. Cash paid on arrival will not be subject to this surcharge.
We do not accept cheques, unless paid in advance allowing 10 working days for clearing.
