Transport
If required, SOS can arrange bus transport for your trip, on routes between the Cape Peninsula and Villiersdorp. Our service provider is Eljosa, and all buses are fitted with bucket seats and seatbelts.
We have access to 22-, 50-, 60-, 70- and 79-seater busses with varying prices. For more information and for a quote, please contact us directly at info@soswild.co.za.
Only the maximum amount of passengers, as per each bus’ rating, will be allowed to board on the day of departure from your school and from SOS. Please advise us well in advance of your preferred departure time. Should you not let us know anything to the contrary, we will assume normal departure time of 12:30 from SOS.
Should you use your own transport, please ensure that buses are on time and arrive at least half an hour before departure time. We can under no circumstances assist in the transport of any learner or educator if arrangements have not been made with us within due time.
Finer Details
VISITING EDUCATORS:
We prefer a learner/educator ratio of 20:1, therefore one educator for every 20 learners may attend the camp free of charge. Other educators who want to attend the camp pay the normal camp fees.
CANCELLATIONS:
As no deposit is required, cancellations must be made at least four months in advance. Late cancellations deprive other schools of the opportunity to participate in our programme. Early cancellations give us enough time to offer those dates to schools on our waiting list with plenty of time to make their preparations.
